Overview

Overview

The Photo Portal is a comprehensive shop and gallery system tailored for photographers in various fields, including weddings, kindergartens, schools, sports and public events. Its extensive features are designed to meet your specific needs and workflows. To take full advantage of these features, it’s important to understand what each option offers. Below is a quick overview of the main options for sharing and selling your images based on your needs.

Galleries

Galleries workflow

You can create as many galleries as you like and organise your images into sub-folders if you wish. To share these galleries, you need to enable sharing options. If you want to sell the photos, you must activate sales and select a specific price list.
This option is particularly useful for individual photo shoots, such as weddings, where you maintain a more personal relationship with your customers.

Photo Jobs — Personal access for each user

Individual access photo job workflow

The main benefit of Photo Jobs is that they streamline the management of multiple photo shoots, such as photographing different classes in a school, all in one convenient place. This feature ensures easy tracking. It also automates many time-consuming tasks such as registration, uploading, organising photos and sending emails and notifications. They also give customers and participants exclusive access to their own galleries.
You can offer online registration, import data from CSV data, create blank QR code cards or manually sort the images after the shoot is complete. This makes it a versatile solution for various photo shoots.

Photo Jobs — One access code for all users (coming Soon)

Public Access photo job workflow

This feature is being developed for sports and public events and automates the management of multiple photo shoots from a single location. It provides public access to galleries, allowing customers to view and purchase photos directly. Customers can also register for these galleries and are automatically notified of new images. A search function will also be integrated, in which start numbers, time frames and participants can be searched for. This streamlined approach simplifies the process, making it easier to handle large volumes of photos and transactions in one place.
